 Christmas Shipping (Guaranteed) has closed early at most locations due to overwhelmed postal services,  but you can still buy our gifts for delivery in late December/ Early January, shop for birthday gifts or even shop for next year. We may have a post Christmas sale ... check back after December 25!

  • Order Processing¬†usually within a few hours. Please check your size, address and order carefully. We cannot refund for change of mind, but contact us ASAP if there is an error, we'll try to fix it. You can check parcel tracking after 24 hours in Your Account.

  • Product images and size guides are a guide. We can provide larger sizes, please ask.¬†¬†Always check measurements against your own body or apparel before ordering.

  • Ethical Production¬†We use fairtrade and eco friendly facilities¬†with good working conditions. We are working towards a fully sustainable or eco friendly range.
  • Customs/ Taxes Buyers are responsible for any¬†duties or¬†taxes. We strive to ensure you do not incur additional costs; please tell us immediately.¬†
  • Currency You should see your cart and order calculated in¬†your currency. There is a currency change at the top of page (mobile version). We are happy to assist with any concerns or queries.
  • Garment Care¬†We recommend gentle cold wash, always inside out, and cool dryer or flat on a rack. Washing and drying inside out helps to preserve the design, dry seams quicker and ensures many years of enjoyment. If your item has a packing/ factory scent upon arrival, please do not worry, it is only factory residue that will wash out. If you encounter any issues just contact us.¬† We are confident you will be absolutely thrilled with your special purchase!

MANUAL ORDERS BY PHONE OR SOCIAL MEDIA Yes! we can manually place the order for you, after you log in to verify your identity and payment. We take your security seriously. Contact us before ordering; our system automatically filters or cancels transactions with different shipping or billing address, to protect our customers.  See "Customer Identification" below for more information.

REFUNDS / CHARGEBACKS  Please contact us first before your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks and PayPal cases are sometimes noted in global financial systems that flag you to other retailers.  Therefore, we recommend you contact us first to resolve the issue. We try to reply promptly to messages on the same day and always strive to keep customers happy!

LATE DELIVERY POLICY All shipping times are an estimate for when the parcel will likely arrive in your country and then through customs. We have no control over weather, customs or global delays.  Customers are responsible for providing a secure postal address or responsible person to receive.  We use the world's best parcel delivery system and your parcel will arrive safely!

CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION Our system verifies several points of your identity, to protect customers from potentially fraudulent card transactions. Orders with alternate addresses are automatically flagged and delayed, for your protection. If you wish to have an item delivered elsewhere (e.g. as a gift), please contact us before ordering: email Sales (at) scandinordic.com.

ORDERING and STOCK AVAILABILITY  If your item is unavailable, which is rare, we will advise and offer alternative product or store credit.

PACKAGING All orders are packed securely with foam, cardboard or bubble to ensure safe arrival. Where possible our factories ship in eco friendly packaging.

Product Residue Very occasionally our products may have a fragrance or dusting from the printing process, which will disappear after the first wash. 

Laundry Garment Care   We recommend cold gentle wash, inside out. Hang or lay flat and turn inside out for tumble dryer on cooler setting. Careful laundering will protect your ScandiNordic product for several years. We use highest quality professional printing and guarantee quality. 

Customization The store has final decision and discretion in accepting, creating and printing orders and / or custom wording for all products.

STORE AUTHORITY We reserve the right to refuse sale and /or refund orders e.g. stock not available. No guarantees are made for any product or promise in this store, as market conditions and inventory are subject to change. We will always advise you if a store change affects your order.
