  • "FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE" applies to¬†all orders over $99 USD. Under this amount you pay a low fee of $7 to cover some shipping costs. We update¬†our Shipping Page¬†regularly.

  • DELIVERY TIMES Currently 14-21 days in EU or USA, 14-28 days worldwide. There are currently covid19 delays that we cannot control but we are making sure every customer is happy! These times are¬†fast improving as our factories improve their processes to cope with pandemic postal issues. We update¬†our Shipping Page¬†regularly.

  • During key holiday periods or global situations, deliveries may take longer. We will advise.¬†
  • Do you live in a rural or remote area which usually takes a while? Please advise when you order, so we can review the fastest shipping method for your order.
  • Check your parcel tracking, log in to your Account or contact us.¬†
  • We process orders within a few hours. Please check your size, address and order carefully.¬†
  • All of our amazing designs can be customized. Just Ask!¬†
  • All items in this store are created unique and unavailable elsewhere.¬†
  • Product photos and size guides are a guide. We can access larger sizes not listed, just ask. Always check measurements against your own body or apparel before ordering.

  • Our products are created in EU and USA at ethical factories with good working conditions.

  • Buyers are responsible for any (rare) customs and import taxes. These are usually incorporated into your order.
  • For packaging specifications for various products, please see further below.
  • We¬†refund¬†/ exchange / credit for reasonable situations. Please submit¬†photos of entire product with original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be received within 30 days. No returns for personal, intimate or facial items. More information further below.
  • The store's base currency is Australian dollars $AUD. You may see your order calculated in this currency at final checkout. Please do not be concerned if this happens. We are happy to assist with any concerns or queries.
  • We use EU + USA production facilities¬†that pay staff fair wages with good conditions and are created with consideration for environment¬†and fairtrade apparel.
  • Garment Care: We recommend gentle wash, always inside out, and flat dry on a rack. Washing and drying inside out helps to preserve the design, dry seams quicker and ensures many years of enjoyment.¬† If your item has a packing/ factory scent¬† upon arrival, please do not worry, it is only factory residue that will wash out.¬†

COMPLETE CUSTOMIZATION Yes, whatever you like, just contact us! 
Yes! we can manually place the order for you. You may be asked to log in to our store and to verify your identity. We take your security seriously. 
REFUNDS/ DAMAGED ITEMS - 30 DAYS  We want you to be a happy customer!  Contact us immediately with photo of item and original packaging. We must receive your returned item within 30 days of arrival to you, so send it immediately.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping.  Please contact us first before your bank or payment provider, so we can repair your order quickly without fuss. Chargebacks and PayPal cases are sometimes noted in global financial systems and may flag you to other retailers.  So, we recommend you contact us first. We try to reply promptly to messages or within a few hours and will always strive to resolve your issue quickly!
CURRENCY We ship worldwide from EU + USA and promote and advertise in USD (U.S. dollars). Every customer pays the same value for every product. We generally do not charge extra for larger sizes, either! The store's base currency is Australian dollars $AUD. You may see your order calculated in this currency at final checkout. We are happy to assist with any concerns or queries.
ORDER STATUS You can check or track your order after 24 hours, login to your account from where you have purchased our products (here in store, Etsy, etc). But you won't have to, as we keep you updated until delivery. If you prefer text message, include your phone number at checkout.
ORDER ERRORS We cannot refund for change of mind or mistake. But if you have made an error in your order (color, size, customization etc) contact us ASAP and we will alert our production house and try to fix it for you. We'll always do our best to help! 
PO Boxes? Yes, if the address is verified with your payment method. Please note our ordering system automatically filters or cancels transactions with different shipping address and billing address, to protect our customers.
LATE DELIVERY POLICY All shipping times listed are an estimate for when the parcel will likely arrive in your country and then through customs. You can check the tracking of your parcel by logging in to Your Account, or contact us. We have no control over weather, customs or global delays.  We refund or replace for reasonable situations, refunds for delay are at store discretion. Drop us a line and we'll try to make it right for you! 
My item hasn't arrived. Please wait at least a week after ETA. Check product tracking in your Account or contact us, we’ll check more closely for you. Customers are responsible for receiving the item in a secure location and for ensuring the person receiving is a responsible adult. If your item does not show up in a reasonable timeframe, we'll do our best to fix.
CUSTOMS DECLARATION  Very rarely there may be a low parcel value stated on the front of parcel, set by our shipping partner, to ensure you receive your parcel ASAP. This is not general practice, but please do not be concerned as it has been done for faster customs handling. Please note customs duties or tariffs are set by your country's customs authorities. Customers in Australia are are taxed 10% GST as per regulation.
CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION Our system seeks your verified home address, to protect customers from potentially fraudulent card transactions. Transactions with alternate addresses are automatically flagged and delayed, for your protection. If you wish to have an item delivered elsewhere (e.g. as a gift), please contact us first to avoid having your transaction delayed: email Sales@scandinordic.com. Please note Chargebacks are sometimes noted in financial systems and can sometimes flag a customer to other retailers in future; to help you avoid this, please contact us first before your bank or payment provider, if you have any problems.
ORDERING and STOCK AVAILABILITY  If your item is unavailable, we will offer alternative product or store credit.
PACKAGING Mugs, wall clocks and canvases are shipped in cardboard boxes with foam inserts.
Phone cases, journals and notebooks are shipped in a mailing envelope with a bubblewrap bag inside. Posters and wall decals are generally protected in tissue paper and shipped in thick cardboard tube. Premium posters are shipped in tubes, casual posters in a flat cardboard box. Please select your poster according to your preference. Jewelry is shipped in individual organza bags and self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip. Yoga mats are rolled and inserted in a canvas fabric adjustable bag and then shipped in a cardboard box. These guidelines are reference only and subject to change at factory. If your product has not been packed properly, please let us know.

Product Residue Very occasionally our products may have a fragrance or dusting. Don't worry, this is just the printing process and it will disappear after the first wash (cold gentle, inside out). Hanging the garment in bright sunlight, inside out, also usually works. We use high quality factories in EU + USA and guarantee quality.
