RETURNS: 
SCANDINORDIC offers 60 day returns and exchange for reasonable situations e.g. defects.  Send photos immediately and return item to our factory address on your item, ASAP.  For your security, we use a global financial system that flags cards and accounts that frequently request refunds or chargebacks. Email us: sales at scandinordic dot com or contact us via social media, links in store footer.

Delivery times We always provide ETA but cannot guarantee under 2 weeks delivery during covid19 or peak periods. Check parcel tracking: log in to your Account or contact us on the form below.

Some items are USA or EU made only, this is stated on the product page.  If you live outside USA, it may take up to 21 days.

PO Boxes or Gift Addresses Our ordering system uses a global financial recognition system.  Your residential address must match the credit card used. To send your order to a different address, we will verify your identity and contact you direct.  No orders are processed without thorough security checks, for your peace of mind.

Multiple packages Sometimes products are shipped separately from different parts of our warehouses. They do this if stickers are ready before apparel,  for example. 

MISSING PARCELS We have never had one go missing yet! If your parcel is more than 2 days late, contact us and we will follow up.  You should also contact your local post office as they will check their GPS delivery tracking. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery point or responsible adult receives the parcel. We use world class delivery systems and every parcel arrives safely.
